1. Purpose
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") govern the access and use of the booking service (hereinafter "the Service"), provided by the company Affluences (hereinafter "the Company").
The Service allows end-users (hereinafter "Users") to make reservations with partner institutions (hereinafter "Institutions").
By using the Service, Users fully and unreservedly accept these GTU.
2. Access to the Service
The Service is accessible via the affluences.com website and the Affluences mobile application. It allows Users to make reservations within the Institution, view their status, and cancel them.
The use of the Service requires a compatible device with an Internet connection and a recent web browser. The User is responsible for updating their hardware and software to ensure compatibility with the Service.

3. Personal Data
The Institution acts as the data controller and has the right to process user data based on the user's consent. Affluences, within the framework of these General Terms of Use, acts as a data processor.
Affluences undertakes to process the User's personal data only within the framework of the contract binding it to the Institution. As a data processor, Affluences limits itself to assisting the Institution in fulfilling its own obligations as data controller.
4.Obligations and responsibilities

Affluences is responsible for providing a secure and available service. As such, Affluences undertakes to:
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service,
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access,
- Inform the Institution in case of a major technical incident that could impact access to the Service,
- Carry out regular updates and improvements to optimize the user experience and ensure regulatory compliance.
4.2. Obligations and responsibilities of the Institution
The Institution using the Service is responsible for the management and configuration of the resources made available to its users. As such, it is incumbent upon it to:
- Define the conditions of access and use of the resources it makes available,
- Ensure the updating and consistency of information relating to available resources,
- Respond to user requests and complaints concerning the reservation and use of resources,
- Comply with legal obligations regarding the processing of personal data, as data controller.
4.3. Obligations and responsibilities of the User
The user undertakes to use the Service fairly and in accordance with these Conditions. In particular, it is forbidden to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes,
- Book resources abusively or without real intention of use,
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems and data,
- Harm the availability and security of the Service through malicious actions.
Any violation of these obligations may result in the suspension or deletion of access to the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Affluences is the exclusive owner of the service it offers, including all technologies, software, interfaces and other elements that make up the platform, as well as any future developments or updates. This also includes all intellectual property rights relating to these elements, such as copyrights, patents, trademarks and other similar rights.
However, the Institution remains the owner of the content it configures and customizes on the Affluences platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the configuration of schedules, institution-specific information (such as name, location, services offered), as well as all data it introduces or generates through the use of the service. The Institution guarantees that it holds all necessary rights to this content, and undertakes not to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties by configuring or feeding the platform.
6. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These GTU are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to these GTU will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except for Users who may refer to the competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
7. Modifications to this Privacy Policy
Affluences reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. By continuing to use the Service after the modifications come into effect, the User accepts the new GTU.
Therefore, we recommend that you regularly read these GTU.

Affluences implements the best security and development practices to ensure the protection of personal data. The security measures implemented include, but are not limited to:
- Data encryption: data is encrypted in transit to prevent any unauthorized access.
- Strict access control: access to data is limited to authorized persons only and is rigorously monitored.
- Monitoring and auditing: logging, intrusion detection and regular audit mechanisms are put in place to identify and react to potential threats.
- Protection against attacks: firewalls and anti-DDoS solutions are deployed to prevent any malicious attempt.
- Continuity and recovery plan: Affluences has backup and disaster recovery procedures in case of a major incident.
In the event of a data breach, Affluences undertakes to notify the Institution without delay and to provide all necessary information to comply with legal obligations regarding notification to the competent authorities and affected individuals.

In accordance with the GDPR, Users have the following rights over their data:

- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
